Is the Hyperlocal CRM really included in every plan?+
Yes. Lead scoring, routing and multi-location tracking are included as standard in Starter, Growth and Scale, not sold separately.
What is included in every plan by default?+
Full Local SEO Suite, Google Business Profile management, review management, GMB posts, Maps optimisation and GEO Grid analysis are included in every plan, alongside the CRM and 3 tracked AI engines.
Is the Communication Backbone billed separately from my plan?+
WABA and RCS access are bundled into the Starter, Growth and Scale plans at no extra platform fee, only usage is billed. If you only want the Communications Backbone without an AI Visibility or CRM plan, it is available standalone at ₹9,999/month, with the same usage rates billed on top.
Can I add Perplexity or Claude tracking?+
Yes, each can be added to any plan as a monthly add-on: Perplexity and Claude at ₹999/month each.
What happens if I need more locations than my plan covers?+
Plans can be adjusted as you add locations, Starter is priced per location while Growth and Scale cover a set number of locations within the flat fee.
Is WABA onboarding included in every plan?+
Yes. WABA onboarding is included as standard in every plan, Starter, Growth and Scale.
