1. Who we are
Aimplyfy is a software as a service platform built by DAV Media, providing AI visibility, communications and hyperlocal CRM tools to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit our website, request a demo or audit, or use the Aimplyfy platform as a customer.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact details submitted through our forms, such as full name, company name, email address, phone number and website, when you request a free AI visibility audit, book a demo, or contact our team.
- Account and billing information if you become a customer, including business name, location details and payment information processed through our payment providers.
- Communications you send us, including support requests and messages sent through our contact form.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device information and general usage patterns on our website, to help us understand how visitors use our site and improve it.
3. WhatsApp, RCS and voice messaging
The Aimplyfy platform allows our customers to communicate with their own end customers over WhatsApp Business API, RCS messaging, voice calls and IVR. When our customers use these features:
- Messages are only sent to phone numbers that have opted in to receive communications from that customer, in line with WhatsApp Business Platform policies and RCS messaging guidelines.
- Every marketing message includes a clear way to opt out, and opt out requests are honoured promptly.
- Message content and delivery status may be processed by our messaging infrastructure providers, including our WhatsApp and RCS partners, solely to deliver the message and report delivery status back to our customer.
- Voice calls and IVR interactions may be recorded and analyzed by AI for quality, training and business insight purposes, where permitted by applicable law.
If you are an end customer of an Aimplyfy customer and have questions about messages you have received, please contact that business directly, as they control what is sent and to whom.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to audit requests, demo bookings and contact form submissions.
- Provide, maintain and improve the Aimplyfy platform for our customers.
- Send you information about our products and services, where you have consented to receive it, with an option to unsubscribe at any time.
- Monitor and improve the security and performance of our website and platform.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our website and platform, such as hosting providers, messaging infrastructure providers and payment processors, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms.
- Professional advisors, where necessary for legal, accounting or business purposes.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
6. Aimplyfy as a data processor
When a business uses Aimplyfy to manage its own leads, conversations and customer communications, Aimplyfy generally acts as a data processor on that business's behalf for the data of their end customers, such as leads captured, WhatsApp conversations and call recordings. That business remains the data controller responsible for how its own customer data is collected and used. Our processing of that data is governed by our agreement with that customer.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Audit and demo requests that do not convert to a customer relationship are retained for a limited period before being deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details on what we use and how to manage your preferences.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "last updated" date above.
